Chapter II · The Chef
At the heart of Maharaja Royal Bites is our father and chef, Sukhjiwan Singh, whose culinary journey spans more than 25 years.
For Chef Sukhjiwan, cooking has never simply been a profession. It is his passion and his way of bringing people together. Inspired by our roots in Punjab, North India, he has spent decades mastering traditional recipes, understanding the balance of Indian spices, and creating dishes with the depth and character of authentic Indian cooking.
“Good food asks for time. When you give it that, it brings everyone to the same table.”
